We prepare your order in our warehouse and then ship it out to the courier service ready to arrive for you.
If you receive a damaged or wrong product please let us know immediately via reaching out to our helpdesk via call or email. Simply take a photo of the damaged product and send in with your order number. We will then offer an immediate replacement or send the correct product*

Once a product is purchased and payment is processed we are unable to cancel orders. Each product may be specifically produced for your order.
